Dear Ram, plug your ears...
As I sit here in Mccormick park waiting for the fireworks show to start I am reminded of the little ram that couldn't. Yes, my poor little wool bearin buddy who will have trouble with the ladies tomorrow. Heed this advice, plug your ears and pretend to just not be interested tomorrow. I wish you well my friend. I wish you well.

ReplyDeleteWe can imagine how the farm animals, neighborhood cats and dogs, etc. are all traumatized. So, was it worth it - were the fireworks spectacular this year?
ReplyDeleteThey were ok. The finale was exciting and there were a few that detonated a little too close to the ground for my comfort. I think if we are going to have it next year we should let Kirby Wilbur put it on. He puts on a great fireworks show.

ReplyDeleteKirby Wilbur's fireworks show is famous in town. It attracts lots of people, always has great music (live band last year- bluegrass music was phenomenal), and they do a fantastic job. Really beautiful and patriotic. And the food - that's amazing, too.
So, how do we get him to do the town's fireworks show? Wouldn't that be great!
Just go to Carnation. They do a great job.
