Ok so I have to appologize up front for this post but I just can't resist bringing this up. As you read this post think of SNL and a little segment they call "REALLY?"
So the reason that we are not having the Duvall Days fireworks show in its regular spot this year is because there is an organic sheep farm near by and the fireworks cause the Ram stress.
REALLY?
The stress the ram feels prevents his ability to...shall we say perform his duty as a Ram.
REALLY?
So the answer that has been proposed is to move the fireworks show to Cherry Valley Road near the Catholic Church. Oh and coinsidentally also right by the Dairy Farm.
REALLY?
I sure hope the Bulls don't get stressed out and loose their ability to perform. Or what about the cows? I hope the stress doesn't impede thier ability to produce milk. Or what about the phesants in the near by barn or the chickens at the house around the corner?
REALLY?
It appears from all accounts that the Ram has recovered from all the stress of the last fireworks show and I hope he will be able to do so again.
I mean, REALLY, where does it end? I say light the fireworks, give the Ewes a night off and let's all chip in for a set of ear plugs and sunglasses for the Ram.

That was hilarious! Are we really inconveniencing 5000 Duvall residents so we don't interupt a sheep's action with the ladies? I sure hope he can't see or hear the fireworks at the new location, seeing as it is about 1/2 mile from there.
